Mark serves as the Senior Pastor of South Quay Baptist Church in Suffolk, Virginia. He holds an undergraduate degree in Bible Education from Columbia International University and a Master of Arts in Apologetics from Liberty University, where he also pursued studies in church planting and church growth.
For more than 40 years, Mark has dedicated his life to teaching others to read, understand, and obey the Word of God. His passion for biblical discipleship is matched by his heart for equipping leaders and strengthening the church both locally and globally.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Shepherd’s Calling, a ministry devoted to supporting pastors and planting churches in Moldova. He is also a commissioned Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Worldview.
Beyond his pastoral ministry, Mark is a committed husband and homeschool dad, investing deeply in his family as he seeks to model faith and obedience to Christ.
Amaris “Amy” Olivencia Warren serves her local church through both music and teaching, using her gifts to strengthen the body of Christ across generations. She holds an undergraduate degree in Christian Ministry and a Master of Arts in Theology and Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary, where she was the recipient of the Frank Turek Scholarship for studies in apologetics.
Amy is also a commissioned Colson Fellow and directs the Colson Fellows Affiliate at her church, equipping adult believers to think clearly and live faithfully in today’s culture. She also serves as Director of Ratio Christi College Prep, where she actively trains teens in apologetics, theology, and worldview. Additionally, she trains parents, grandparents, and volunteers in effective ministry to younger generations.
Born to Puerto Rican parents in North Philadelphia, Amy came to faith at the age of 13 through an inner-city Christian outreach. Soon after, she began volunteering in ministry to young people, a passion that has continued to shape her calling. Today, she combines her love for apologetics, theology, worldview, and discipleship with her experience as a homeschool mom to help families cultivate a Christ-centered worldview.
After a hiatus, Amy plans to revive her podcast, Pass It On with Amy Warren, continuing her mission to equip and encourage parents, grandparents, and Christian leaders to effectively connect with the younger generations in order to pass on the historic Christian faith.
Mark and Amy are blessed with two adult daughters who were homeschooled from kindergarten through high school and now attend a Christian university. They both love the Lord and faithfully serve His church. Mark and Amy are also currently working on publishing resources to equip families in faith and discipleship.
If you’d like to invite Mark and/or Amy to speak at your church or event, have a question, or simply want to connect with our ministry, we would love to hear from you.
